Mr. Ricky Chiu, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
As a key founder and visionary for Grand Power, Mr. Chiu brings a western business perspective to the Company. He received his education in England, Oxford University and Beijing University and began his career in Australia. He has a diversified background in a wide range of industries with roles in finance, audit, real estate, merchandise trading and travel, as well as logistics. Mr. Chiu founded Grand Power Express International Ltd in Hong Kong in 2002, and has consistently led the company in business growth and revenue growth to over C$140MM.
Mr. Alan Chan, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary-Treasurer, and Director
Mr. Chan holds an Engineering Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. He has many years of experience in Chinese projects, including taking a number of companies to public in western markets and assisting in financing. This experience is extremely important to understand the business cultures of North America and the Asia Pacific Region.

Mr. Decky Tse, Managing Director
Mr. Decky Tse is the Managing Director of Grand Power Express International Ltd. Mr. Tse has more than 15 years of experience in logistics field. Before joining Grand Power, Mr. Tse was the senior Manager of Export Air Operation in HK Branch of MSAS/Exel (former DHL). Mr. Tse is responsible for the management of the marketing and operation of Grand Power Express International Ltd and strategic planning.
Ms. Rita Jong, Corporate Marketing & Sales Manager
Ms. Rita joined the family of Grand Power in July 2010. She is in charge of overseas agency development and the team of marketing & direct sales of the group. She started working in freight forwarding & logistics industry since 1995 in MSAS/ Exel (former DHL) for business development and corporate accounts. She graduated for LLM, the Peking University, China and MBA, the Manchester Business School, UK.
