In order to maintain our highly effective and efficient services, we have invested in our back office systems and processes. In 2008 we successfully implemented a new accounting and operations system in all of our offices which have elevated our service capability. In 2009 we successfully completed restructuring so as to reducing cost and expenses and enhancing profitability.
